Opera House

This grand space features its original tin walls and ceiling, wraparound balcony/mezzanine level and dramatic stage. Accommodating up to 300 people, the room offers nearly 3,000 square feet of usable space and custom-configurable seating to match the requirements for your event.

Occupancy

Up to 300 people in Theater and Reception-style configuration; 250 people in Banquet-style configuration; 100 people in Classroom-style configuration; 60 people in Conference-style configuration; and 42 people in a U-Shaped configuration.

Dimensions

39 x 56 feet on the main floor (total 2,794 square feet). The mezzanine level adds XXX square feet, and the Opera House foyer offers an additional 450 square feet for your guests.

Equipment

Event setups include tablecloths, water pitchers and glasses on the table. Meeting room setups also include flip chart stands, writing pads and pens, telephone lines and high speed wireless Internet. Rental services for microphones, mixers, speakers, projectors and screens are available as well.

Food & Beverage

All food and beverage service must be provided by the Hotel Winneshiek.

The Winneshiek meeting room

This acoustically-refined meeting room offers nearly 1,800 square feet of space for events of up to 200 people. Seating can be custom-configured for your event.

Occupancy

Up to 200 people in Reception-style configuration; 150 people in Theater-style configuration; 128 people in Banquet-style configuration; 80 people in Classroom-style configuration; 48 people in a U-Shaped configuration; and 42 people in a Conference-style configuration.

Dimensions

43 x 41 feet (total 1,763 square feet). The foyer offers an additional 280 square feet for your guests.

The Winneshiek A&B

For events of up to 100 people, the Winneshiek Ballroom can be divided into two, smaller event spaces, each featuring the same acoustic attributes AV technology features as the larger whole.

Occupancy

Up to 100 people in Reception-style configuration; 75 people in Theater-style configuration; 64 people in Banquet-style configuration; 40 people in Classroom-style configuration; 30 people in a U-Shaped configuration; and 24 people in a Conference-style configuration.

Dimensions

22 x 41 feet (total 902 square feet) for Winneshiek Ballroom A; and 21 x 41 feet (total 861 square feet) for Winneshiek Ballroom B.

The Winneshiek Lobby

The hotel’s grand, three-story, 450 sq. ft. lobby and 280 sq. ft. foyer are also available as pre-function spaces or standalone reception venues.

The Winn offers a wide range of catering options to suit your occasion and budget. Contact us for guidance and details on available choices. Bar services are available for all meeting spaces or through the Restauration Lounge. All food and beverage service must be provided by the Hotel Winneshiek.
